ahh, 7 this morning, it’s been high all week. I have no answers…some days are zero carb, never more than ten. oh well. It’s good all day off to Egypt and Morocco on Saturday, no idea of food…I’ll do my best. Travel company has my food list. minus 10 and foggy this morning.

A1C results in….not as high as I expected at 47.5 (6.5%). Considering my illnesses and travel I’m suitably impressed. 6.5 is as high as it’s ever been….and I e had that reading just twice in two years…well now three times.

7.0….slowly but surely. Have most blood results back, A1C is not here yet. Cholesterol high, as usual. GFR is an amazing 84! I was borderline for years. All liver markers are great. My TSH is high but likely due to me forgetting my meds…bad me. a foggy day here after a gorgeous sunny day...

Still high at 7.1 although I am feeling very good. off for bloodwork shortly. With being ill three times (twice with a cold/flu and once with the neck issue) since my last A1C I’m expecting a rather frightening number this time, my sugars have been elevated a lot due to illness.

Although I’m feeling much better, almost normal, my bs this morning was 7.3. The fight continues.

Funny, I was just thinking I need some cream cheese to make some crustless mini cheesecakes (I have some allulose for sweetener) for a dessert. Would have no idea where to find some clotted cream here in Canada…so little cheesecakes will have to do.
