Take care everyone
Had a cough last Christmas after novovirus that didn’t get any better, then was told I had whooping cough which didn’t go away, eventually had a spirometry test & only have 40% lung function eventually I spoke to my mum, my dads family were told to move from Leicester to the coast or my dad wouldn’t live to be 20 (he was in & out of hospital with pleurisy & pneumonia) his dad dies at 40 don’t know what off but always coughing)Wow. There’s another one I had to look up
How were you diagnosed if you don’t mind me asking Debbie ?
A happy 6.0 this morning after two long travel days, airline food, little sleep, jet lag…
home now and we have one very happy puppy! Snow on the ground with temperatures hovering at just below zero, foggy and grey. Despite that it’s good to be home. Dang it though, I lost at least five pounds…and I can ill afford it. No idea why, I ate lots. Could it be the 15km or more of beach walking every day for 28 days? I do go to the gym here and also walk at least 15000 steps a day. I think my hard earned muscles went away….dang. I’ll go back to the gym as soon as I’m over the jetlag that’s fogging my brain. I will however get my backside outside and move some snow!
