    Hi Lauren it depends on what else you are planning to eat for example if you had 1-2 dry biscuits or a bag of quavers then theres no need to add any insulin, i was told that to have a extra 10grams of carbs is fine. Maybe check your sugars before you have something else to eat. Tracey167
