    I self monitor my BP also, 5 times a day to get an average, which my Doc records. I suffer badly from White coat Syndrome. BP slowly coming down with all the tablets I'm on.

    Thanks for the welcome. :) I was shocked too as I had noticed the statins I started a month ago had raised my BG levels on testing. I thought a higher HbA1C was on the cards. I'll wait for the next one to be sure.
