    Thanks for this Daisy. I too have a fatty liver and hope I will be able to improve it but unsure if the amount of fat I am eating on my new dietary intake will hinder that. Still, if it has worked for you then it gives me hope :)

    Hello :) Have just begun the low carb program and filled in my first food diary. Carbs are good at 66 but calories are at 1637 which is way more than I would need in the normal course of events. If carbs are good do the calories matter?

    Thank you both for your replies. I do use Stevia already - in white powder form - not seen a green powder. I find the aftertaste reminiscent of a syrup. I think my question needs rephrasing - essentially I would like to know which of the sweeteners is the lowest carb?
