    I pretty much asked the same question maybe a week ago!! If your daily tests are stable I don't see why your next hba1c test results wouldn't of dropped dramatically too I have mine in early January and I'm hoping for the same I'll let you know how I got on !!     I'm dubious about this thread just Incase I don't lose as much as I want I keep log at home my start weight was 114kg on 07/10/16 but as of today 07/12/16 I'm 103kg hopefully I can keep this up I'd like to lose another 18-20 kg if possible [emoji15]

    Hi @AvaK you're doing the right thing by asking questions I'm relatively new to diabetes I'm in my third month LCHF works for some maybe not others but keep testing I test before the first monthful and then 2 hours after and by trial and error I've learned what spikes my bs I eat lots of eggs...
