    Libre 2+ Location

Thanks for your reply. Interesting thread as you say There was a recent update for Omnipod 5 which means it now links with dexcom 7. Being able to use Dexcom would mean more flexibility in placement of your sensor and pod Thanks again

    Libre 2+ Location

Thanks for your reply. Maybe Libre will get approved for use on other areas although they do seem to take their time over making any changes Following the latest upgrade on Omnipod 5 it will now link with Dexcom 7 so perhaps changes are afoot Thanks again

Switching from Dexcom 6 to Libre 2

Hi emshee1 I am sure things will go okay as you are already used to using Omnipod 5 & closed loop. I have found ensuring line of sight between the pod & sensor quite challenging. There are a couple of times when I was I sure I had line of sight but the issues I encountered made it apparent I...

Anyone having big reliability issues with Freestyle Libre 2 Plus sensors?

Hi I have been using Libre 2+ for 2/3 months and have recently moved to Omnipod 5 Closed loop. I find it consistently reads between 1 - 2 mmol lower than a finger prick. Hence it alarms with supposed lows but in reality I am not. For example libre alarmed at 05.00 this morning saying 3.5 when...

    Freestyle Libre 2 plus

I currently use Freestyle Libre 2+ along with Omnipod 5 closed loop. I have found it reads consistently lower at least 1mmol sometimes more. I have also found towards the end of 15 days the sensor tends to come loose. I use skin tac wipes when I change the sensor, which has helped

Hi Peppergirl I am interested to hear about your experiences with Omnipod 5. I am due to transfer to Omnipod 5 soon and this is something that I am concerned about. I am using FSL 2+ in preparation for the change and find that it reads consistently low. I am told by the pump team locally that...
