    I'm just drastically cutting back. My ultimate goal is both glucose and weight loss. I know 3 weeks isn't very long, but other times I've lost just over 1/2 stone in 3weeks. I'll read up on low carbs.

    I'll speak with my doctor. Other times when I've tried to lose weight (before diabetes)I lost quite a bit in 3 weeks). And even then I wasn't as strict with food as I am now. I feel like my efforts are wasted. Kinda like fighting a losing battle

    I buy both cooked and raw chicken, with raw chicken, I flavour it with seasonings, that's when I'm feeling confident. Next time I eat rivita, I'll test. Coat fish with Parmesan cheese? That sounds nice. Aye my boyfriend would do that for me. Thank you x

I often buy meat with confidence, then by the time I go to prepare/cook it, I feel the anexiety/ panic coming in, then I closely look at the meat, get all anxious again, and end up putting it in the bin.
