    I suggest you replace your meter, you are on a med that can cause hypos. Boyfriend said 800 cals, that is restricted. Keto was mentioned, that is restricted. To do both at the same time is unwise imo. You must have been so very hungry for those nine months.

    I remember switching back from skimmed to full fat, it takes a wee while to get used to it again but the addition of double cream was no problem at all :).

    Which is why it is important to say again that one should choose a level that one is happy with. No use striving for particular levels if it makes you miserable in the long term. As is oft said here, this is a marathon not a sprint.

    I have tried with pecans and they were ok for me, as always test a couple of times to make sure. Almonds and walnuts seem to go down well for me too.

    Just to clarify, because the gentleman is a LMHR does not necessarily mean his TC is screechingly high all the time, this is not the same as Hypercholesterolaemia. He stated that all his markers inc CAC were very good.

    Type 2 Help, my weight loss had gone too far

    My advice would be to eat more protein and more healthy fats. The protein along with some resistance exercise will help you build muscle, and more healthy fats will allow your body to to stop accessing your own body fat stores. May I ask why no egg yolks? Edited typo.
