    This may sound harsh but I do not mean it that way. Why bother having your eyes tested at all if you are going to ignore the recommendations? Would you do this after a Retinopathy scan?

    Sometimes specs can, over time, correct vision. Poorer vision does not necessarily cause headaches in every case and as for using your good eye all the time this puts pressure on that eye.

    Losing too much weight

    I third (or fourth) the advice above. I lost too much weight and though I felt absolutely fine I was unhappy with the 'new me' so I gradually added in more protein and upped my healthy fats esp butter. My weight loss stalled and I even gained a bit back. Good luck.
