i was just looking at a mushroom soup recipe and it says serves 6 and the carb info is per serving of 20.4g and 9% is that high carb. are we supposed tio look for carbs under a certain amount

hi NC194 welcome i was diagnosed 4 weeks ago and joined here 2 days ago. until then i had no idea what i was doing and what i was dealing with. there are some amazing people on here and its a great place to be. its my life line now welome :)
