Picked up new glasses today - not sure if they are ok or not yet - might just take me a day or two to get used to them - new...
Brunch - greek yoghurt with mixed berries & a little double cream drizzled over the top. Mug of earl grey tea. 1 square Lindtt 90%
Dinner - Large mushroom & onion omlette and a few naughty chips. I am missing not having any DGF left but I have re-ordered tonight so will receive my "fix"...

Many Type 2s (myself included) can't tolerate cereals - they spike us. I have eggs, bacon, mushrooms or greek yoghurt and a few berries for breakfast usually
What medication are you on?
It may have been the steak, some people report higher BS after having a steak and also in to the following day - I am lucky it doesn't raise mine at all
Brunch - 2 boiled eggs mashed up in a cup with butter, mayo & pepper on top. Mug of earl grey tea
Dinner - 3 chicken drumsticks with piri piri sauce & large salad.
I have one to try also but one of the reasons I have not tried it yet is, and I am probably overthinking this but is it possible the inserted needle or fine filament could get stuck or lost in ones arm if it comes loose/away from the sticky patch?
