I kept going to the doctors about my ibs,which he didn t believe in so i know how your feeling.I learn to keep away from certain trigger foods.I was depressed about it for years tbh gas used to be a real problem for me,still is to an extent but I ve learned to live with it wish you all the best.

no your not alone : ) I would think alot of us feel down when our sugars are all over the place,when you see them good numbers its feels pretty good :) all you can do is do your best try not to let your sugars get you down,stress can be a pain in the ass on your sugars also
