Obviously when taking insulin I might think a little different about things when experimenting with insulion but in the position I'm in now think a low carb diets best for me,people with type 2 diabetes should give the low carb diet a shot :)

I find sweating seems to come on for me when my sugars are a little high

my wife had the same feeling's when i was in hospital with DKA,I even had a little cry feeling sorry for myself but in my experience things will get alot easier and you ll come to terms that diabetes is far from the end of the world so wish you all the best for the future :)

welcome bud,you will put the weight back on thats for sure and its important for you to try and keep track of were your sugars so do try to keep on track especially with you been on insulin and the risk of hypo's :) all the best for the future bud
