    What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

    ME is a bit of a problem with me and walking sometimes 5 or 10 yards leaves me feeling as if I'd just completed a 20 mile forced march or cycled 25 miles in about an hour (as I used to)!

    Mine was 5.3 @07.42 this am after 4.7 @ 21.54 last night: I just don't seem to get my timings right!

    Spreading The Lchf Word Together, Maybe The Way Forward?

    Love the idea of this: I'll check how much weight I can add to the campaign; I know I've gone from a 40" to a 32" waist in the 3 years and am back to the size I was when I joined the Army in 1980. My other mobility problems might possibly preclude me from travel from here in mid-Wales (things...

    I think that unless they've changed the recipe, if you use coke you might need a new slow cooker: when I was in the Army we used to use coke for cleaning out the barrels of rifles after we'd fired them all day! ;-)}

    @Tipetoo Thanks for your support: I have no problems with the number 5.7; I was merely hoping for something a little lower! @DJC3 Thanks for the commiserations & virtual kick up the rear to see things in perspective: I just can't get a grip on understanding the idiosyncrasies of this problem we...

    @Brunneria I have known curries & chillies get far more potent by next use whether kept in the fridge or freezer, so good luck! @shelley262 Congratulations on your results & impending 43rd Anniversary I do find it interesting what you guys are all eating: I don't do the cooking in our house...

    Well, @ 09.09 I was 5.8 after a 5.7 before bed, I'd prefer it in the 4s, but at least it's not in the 6s, so I would agree with @ianpspurs ' comment: not bad enough to be bad or good enough to be good!
