    Lovely day today so off out for a walk. Probably 6/7 miles today with a few pubs and some food. Reading this morning was 6.1 Had my monthly diabetic appointment and all is going well . I know my carb ratio but had a idea what it was. Always learning something new. No hypos all month.

    5.6 and that is after yesterday's 8 mile walk plus had a blood pressure pump on my arm all day. Today is another walk.

    Friday at last. Went out last night for a curry and some drinks with friends and woke up with 6.3 which will do nicely. Have a good day everyone.

    Tucking into a Apple now and reading at 8.00 this morning is 6.5. Last night it was 6.2 before bed and 6.1 yesterday morning. Weather is nice today here and a walk to supermarket at dinner time for weekly shopping .
