    Where to buy low carb please

    The coconut flour used in recipes which are very low carb is not made from desiccated coconuts, the best product is brand called Aman prana, you might find it in Asian stores, I've ordered mine online.

    Maybe you should consider a Low Carb High Fat diet, with enough fat like butter and olive oil (or try coconut oil) in your diet, you will sustain better and be able to go lower in carbs - less than 30g/day. I'm not diabetic my self but was heading that way, now 7 months after doing less than 20g...

    To help get rid of the constipation take some daily magnesium citrate, 250-500 mg, H&B got it. If you do low carb high fat eat you don't need to think about fibers.
