    What’s for dinner?

I made it with coconut flour (as suggested) and I could taste the coconut and that’s where I thought the sweetness was coming from and not the sauce BUT I could be wrong.

Guzzler, 1 month in and your HbA1c had reduced from 98 to 73, that is brill and then down to 43 that is amazing. It took me 6 months to go from 78 to 37. Don't beat yourself up. Be proud. [emoji16]

I was diagnosed in April of this year with Type 2 and a HbA1c of 78, in June it had gone down to. HbA1c 44 and then October 12th a HbA1c 37. Gliclazide Doses

Hi I am on Gliclazide 40mg a day, I have been prescribed them once but now have to spilt them with a cutter. I find that you don't have to press too hard then turn the tablet around and press again and it cuts perfectly. I don't appear to have a problem but I have only been splitting since June.
