    hi yes correcting but as you suggest maybe need to increase that due to resistance. Good tips, will try attacking it and testing more frequently. Also good tip on the water, i have suffered from dehydration in the past.. thanks for the tips much appreciated.

    Getting back to the original start of this thread. I am type one diabetic (DAFNE) carb counting etc.. and i have a work colleague who is also type 1, they have fixed amount of insulin every meal time..when i go out on break we obviously discuss diabetes etc..but one thing really gets my goat is...

    vicious circle.

    spent a couple of hours last night studying my DAFNE books and acted accordingly so far readings have been. 5.8 @6am 6.0@10am 18.3@ 2pm definitely getting better, bit more studying to do. Proves how lazy i had become.
