    Saving the planet

Of course the past is relevant! It shows the climate changes and often fairly rapidly all the time. It shows that when we had much warmer times we thrived not panicked. There is still large amounts of ice on the planet from the last major ice age some of it might finally be going. Why did people...

    Saving the planet

2000 years ago in what has become known as the Roman warm period grapes were being grown and wine produced as far north as Hadrian's wall and the terraces can still be seen there which I'm sure someone from the area can confirm.

    Saving the planet

It was warmer 1600 years ago when Greenland was green and being farmed and forested by Danes. Within three hundred years the snow and ice returned with a vengeance and the place was abandoned. Could Greenland about to become green again for a short/long while? In this time period grapes were...

    Saving the planet

The climate crisis is fake and an agenda. After two hundred years of burning coal a hundred burning oil on top of that and fifty years burning natural gas the temperature has risen less than one degree C

Porridge for me helps with blood pressure helps with cholesterol supposedly good and bad kinds. The most amazing thing is I'm on very strong opiates and the porridge means I haven't gotten constipated from them in years.

    Type 2 Coconut yogurt ?

Making your own yoghurt is very healthy. No yoghurt machines needed. Bring milk to almost boil let cool down to feeling warm on knuckle. Stir in very gently because you don't want to much air in there a tablespoon of live yoghurt you got from the shop. I always go for plain full fat live if and...

    Oats & Diabetes

I remember when I first went for daily porridge it spiked me too. I started off with very small portions and built them up over a couple of weeks everyday without a miss and by the time I was on a large enough portion to satisfy me I was spiking after and hour at about 10 on my meter which is...

    What drug is next?

carol43 Tried to reply but it won't let me. The answer is no unfortunately as the research and trial I did of CBD was for pain associated with a spine problem but I kept coming across it's use for Parkinson's and kept reading stuff about it for my friend. What drug is next?

I think you might be misunderstanding what these drugs are for. You can't take these drugs and just eat and drink what you like for instance .... like a mate of mine is still doing over four years down the line. I found the drugs to be next to useless anyway and always giving me digestive...

    CBD oil and diabetes

Oil .... you in America? I was involved with honey oil coming from N Africa in the 70's lovely stuff very pure and powerful. If I remember rightly it was around 80% THC and today the MSM screams about skunk being 20%. Haven't smoked anything for years though and that includes tobacco.

    Dangerous sweeteners!

You're being sold it as stevia. It is not stevia bulked with dextrose. It's dextrose with 2% stevia added. Totally dishonest and misleading.
