    Mine is a magical 5.7 and I'm now told it's too low flipping eck will they ever be happy. My sugars float around about 4 late afternoon before my tea so their now saying I should adjust my insulin, I do feel a bit low but after I eat my tea I feel fine :playful:

    Hi Mike D the only thing I don't really do is get 7 hrs kip haven't for yrs I just don't kip well, I'm on a pump so I that's why I'm well controlled, do have servere neuropathy well it's servere for me, legs and arms,hands are always cold especially over last couple of yrs

    Had this and badly cracked heels problem for years I see a NHS and Private chiropodist alternate months, I use Flexitol and diprobase double base cream and this helps considerably each cream on alternate months. Both on prescription.
