I definitely only eat high-fat yogurt (Zoi - it has 18 g fat!), and the thing is, I don't go more than 1.25mmol/L above my fasting when I eat it, but because my fasting glucose is often about 5.8mmol/L, it doesn't take much for me to bump up...
