sounds very good, i have been booked on the course called JUGGLE , maybe it similar , the juggle course is a 4week course, 1 morning a week.

hi @Nbunsell welcome to the forum, i will go for my first HBA1C tomorrow since i was diagnosed, On the face of it your readings do not look that bad. Just need to cut out the carbs.
