    I was pre diabetic and I low carb. I have this problem as I've never been overweight so when I first low carbed I lost far too much weight. I eat a whole avocado everyday, lots of nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, oily fish, full fat yoghurt. I Can maintain weight now.

    I was pre diabetic and had a similar problem. I sorted this by increasing my green veg, salads and avocados. I've no problems now, at all! I was already eating lots of nuts to stop losing too much weight. This does involve increasing my carbs but my blood sugar remains at normal levels.
