What can I say. Once an addict....... to be honest bread was never really my thing (apart from garlic bread). It will be a once in a while thing.

Its gone in the freezer. I have a slice of toast every so often but even the hi-lo puts up my bs. This will be a better option. I will still only have on occasion. It's just sometimes I do appreciate a slice. I'm giving one loaf to my daughter who has started on low carb for weight loss. 21lbs...

I'm not sure what my max was as I don't have that info now sorry but I do know that for a few days when I couldn't eat or think of food my bs was high (like the previous post). It settled again thankfully and has been normal since.
