EU - In or Out + Poll.

I'm voting to stay for purely selfish reasons, might be different though if I lived in the UK.

    Is Milk High Carb

There are alternatives to normal cow's milk (containing the sugar lactose). In my strict low carb days I was consuming almond milk, coconut milk and / or soya milk with cereal (soya flakes) and mixing it with protein powder. Admittedly these options not as pleasantly tasting as cow's milk but a...

    LCHF - weight loss?

Mainly weight loss and an attempt at improving my athletic performance :-) Around 1 year ago , by accident, I found I had a fairly good tolerance of high carb foods (mainly chocolate bars) in the evening and this lead to weight gain over time.

    LCHF - weight loss?

    LCHF - weight loss?

I returned to full on low carb last Monday 09/05/16 and was slightly overweight at 99 kg. This morning I weighed in at 94.5 kg , that's a 4.5 kg loss in 8 days. As I do strenuous daily exercise the weight just drops off when low carbing. My target weight is 91 kg for running purposes.

Type 1 Living in Germany with Diabetes Type 1

Bitte. It's similar to your NI contribution in the UK, it's taken from you monthly wage before you even see it :-0 Another thing is church tax , you have to 'opt out' or you will be paying it monthly! It would be bordering on discrimination if health insurers refused to insure him because of...

Type 1 Living in Germany with Diabetes Type 1

It's around a 300 per month contribution for the public (mandatory) , that covers my whole family. Private is considerably more , I got a quote around 7-8 years ago so it may not be relevant now. I pay the same as any other able bodied person and you are not penalized for having diabetes. Not...
