    When I was first diagnosed, I was told to go to A&E if my blood levels reached over 25 I would suggest contact 111 and asking their advice as soon as you can if your levels are that high

    7.0 this morning 5.3 before bed last night ...yesterday I went to gym, walked 10k and ate very little - so its just sorting itself out :)

    What medication are you on? If you are on Gliclazide (or similar) and drive, you could ask for them stating that you do need to test before driving.

    Yay ... got the OK from the doc today to reduce my Glic further. Half a pill (40gr) daily for a few weeks, and if still in single figures after that, I can stop taking it - but meantime, keep monitoring and testing bloods. I love my doctor .... x

    Really did not want to leave the house last night for aqua aerobics - Did the usual, had tea, had a walk to get to my target of 7k daily steps, sat down then really did not want to leave the house at 7.30pm ... Glad I did though - aqua aerobics was brilliant - used floats to help gain muscle...

    Thank you for asking - I am on 80gr Glic per day - and no, the doc does not know about the hypos yet. I think its partly because I changed my lifestyle since April 2016 and am hitting the gym and eating less carbs. I don't snack inbetween meals. I am on holiday next week and if it all doesn't...
