    I really need to get back onto a low carb diet as blood sugars all over the place and eating far too many carbs. Had a lot going on with family over the last 18 months and eating properly has totally gone to pot. I dont have a problem with breakfast as tend to just eat bacon and egg every day...

    Thanks for the reply. Have checked the carbs and there was 12 in the slice of black pudding (didnt realise it was so high to be honest) but then I did only have 12 grams of carbs for breakfast so still a very high reading for that amount of carbs

    Hi Twinkle Toes, I think SW is good as long as you dont go overboard with carbs like they say you can. Red days are good because the carbs are limited to healthy extras and are also full of fibre. I would suggest you try it, see how it works out for you but test your bg's along the way to see...
