Should all type 2 diabetic be on low or no carbohydrates. I love oats but they must be high in carbohydrates.

Does everybody use a glucose meter . I have not been told or spoken about one , my blood Reading was 51, I am on metaformin.

My doctor last week said statin do not cause diabetes.
