Right now as I am having some pin pricks all over my body. My readings were 9.7 @ 8:43 am and 6.7 @11:02 am respectively. I took metformin 500 mg and clamide 5mg following my brunch. I added some salad wth Bama cream with my brunch. The salad filled me up.

That’s what I use. My observation is that my readings are different from others’ on this forum. Thinking of changing it.

I’ll have to change my machine, for it seems my readings are quite different from others. I always use a calculator to divide the number from my mg/dl to mmol/dl. I abhor confusion

T2. Papaya may be good for some people, I don’t think it is good for me. There was an afternoon I ate three slices, the following morning my bg was up. I’ve stopped eating it. I leave the fruits to rot on their trees in my garden.
