You are fortunate Daphne917. Is that without meds? Without going off topic too much, I had fasted all morning, went to prete a manger and tried their golden turmeric drink and came home to a whopping 14.00! Something I haven't seen since I was diagnosed last year Still working on it X

    A question

Okay thank you. I'm not stressed though. Well only when I see my numbers creep up And I exercise every day. Brisk walk with my dogs and yoga/Pilates on other days. Occasionally HIIT. My part time job requires me to walk and stand so no sitting and really can't remember when I was last poorly. I...

    A question

I thought I had everything under control as mornings were in the 6s in the last couple of weeks. They seem to have shot up to the 8s lately. I have a creamy coffee then I take dogs out for an hour and it obligingly comes down to mid 6s again. Within an hour, and not eating, maybe a weak green...

Hi Sheepie123, I understand how you feel. As an example I have stayed well below 20 carbs today and followed a low blood sugar diet recipe this evening . Ate quite early too only to find my blood sugar rising to 7.4 after 2 hours. Yes I know we are all different but when you read how some eat...

    Diet Doctor Low Carb Challenge

Try Tom Kerridge moussaka. Just divine. The whole family enjoyed it. Makes 6 servings and 16 carbs per serving. He also has a white radish lasagne. I have yet to try it, but all the recipes I have made out of his book have been tasty x
