    Current soundtrack? I’m really enjoying Argentine tango these days, not great at dancing it yet but love to watch good dancers and listen to all the different types of modern tango music

    6.8 this morning. Pattern emerging - sixes when I wake, eights after exercise, fives two hours after food.

    Don’t get disheartened. This is one of those things where we just have to keep doing the right thing each day, establishing new habits which will bring their benefits in their own time. Trust the process.

    Recently diagnosed type2

    Yeah I was 123 on diagnosis last year. I’d got it down to 43 within eight or nine months, using moderate carb (<100g a day), and daily exercise. So it’s doable. We’ll find out next if it’s sustainable... :)

    6.3, again I had probably half (40g) my daily carbs after 10pm last night so maybe that’s not surprising. I’m still trying to decide what my next nutrition tactic will be.. ETA - that’s a meal of cheese oatcakes, eggs and mushrooms which has become a staple. When I test 2 hours after eating it...
