    Prescribed daily 1000mg Metformin, offered statins and glipizide (refused)
    Started moderate carb (c.100g daily), daily exercise September 2017
    May 2018 HbA1c of 43, came off Metformin (drug free)
    October 2018 HbA1c of 37, BMI 25.8 (84kg)
    Started experiment with Keto diet (<20g) February 2019
