There is a sticky part around it so think of it like a plaster and just try and peel it off quickly. When you take the patch off you will still have a bit of the stickiness on your arm but after a couple of showers that comes off.

I was considering buying some for work so I can snack on them when my blood sugar gets low.

As I am newly diagnosed I am asking people for advice so I can get better at managing my diabetes. I didn’t choose a diabetic type for this question as I was looking for everyone’s opinion.

Before I got diagnosed as a diabetic I went to the hairdresser and they told me my hair was very thin and I should avoid products that contained silicone. I still use products that avoid silicone but I tend to switch between shampoo brands cos I don’t know which one works best.
