I had lentils, sausages, green beans and a small piece of cake for my tea today. Pre meal my bs was 5.1. After 1 hour it was 7.7 and after 2 hours it was 5.3. How should I view these results? The 7.7 is high but should I look at the 5.3 which is ok at 2 hours or is the 7.7 at 1 hour more...

I'm back!! We had no internet access at all - 9 days is a very long time and a lot to catch up on so if you don't mind I will start from here. We have had a great time if very wet and windy. Not much exercise has been done as we haven't left the caravan very much. Back to walking tomorrow...

I have lost another 1lb this week. I have never in my life had this much weight loss I am still in shock that it is going down.

I didn't test this morning but went to see the nurse for my latest Hba1c, She also did cholesterol and fasting glucose so that will tell me what my fasting bg was although it was half an hour after I had got up. I just hope there wasn't too much liver dump. cold ethtyl and bluetit good luck...

a mug of coffee with double cream and 1 square 75% chocolate and my bg was 4.6. This was before bed and it was 4.8 this morning.
