Apologies if this is a stupid question but we all seem concerned about our morning level, me included always higher. But then we speak of the liver dump. Are we unduly concerned, what happens to those who wake in the morning who are not diabetic? I do wonder.

Hi, not sure if this adds to thread also but, last September walking in Switzerland got a bad bruised toenail. At this time it is still growing out but looks okay and seems to improving all the time.

Oh Dear! Just took a BG reading, not good. Taken to the exercise bike. Does not bode well for a naughty eating day. People coming to visiting half an hour and expect takeaway. Oh boy!

Hi, do not want to hijack this thread but, thanks Beachbag for the wibbly wobbly reminder. Found the Hartleys jelly pots and from carousing sorry browsing another thread discovered the Co-Op 85percent chocolate. Question, should. I be enjoying this so much. Many thanks.:)

Thanks Johnco, you are right. After those last test results told I did not need to test to much. See you next sept. But the meter does help and will keep testing and adjusting. It is a slow learning curve for me.

I have with my wife each morning porridge with two spoons sheeps yoghurt either half an apple or banana between us and possibly a couple of frozen blueberries. Cinnamon sounds good and a possible option. This doesn't seem to raise my bg to much. But each person is different, here testing before...
