    No Love the bike, just finding time sorting the day is hard at the moment. I don't like doing cardio later at night and get more bang for my buck from kettlebell and bodyweight workouts when time is limited. I could cut out guitar practice but that along with exercise keeps me sane LOL

    I take it you've had the covid test? If it was covid don't push the lungs mate. Let them recover. Stick to resistance type circuits to get some cardio benefit. Don't stress those lungs out.
