sooooooo angry and venting on here this morning, my friend whos newly diagnsed type 2 for 4 weeks told me yesterday his suger was 10.4 and he was really happy with that. i said its way to high 4 weeks into it and should be alot lower, apprently his dn has told him he can have suger in his tea...

i just tested and was 4.1 and was happy with that . so i wouldnt worry to much unless you drop further lowest i have been was 2.1 and still didnt feel unwell this diabeties thing is crackers xx

bake your own buscuits lots lovley suger free recipies to go at better 4 you and wont send you high :) xx

i made lovley lemon tart from elwinas good diabetic baking i used 270 ground almonds 2 eggs 3 tblsp of coconut oil bit salt combine togeather into a dough then lined a loose bottomed tart tin and baked 4 15 mins until golden in another bowel 7 eggs 180ml double cream 30g splenda 5...

i know it seems hard on met as im new on it the side effects go quite quickley so maybe try taking them a litle longer, if u poss can, try drinking plenty of water to help keep ur system flushing , as a driver it is hard and i dont think theres any quick fix here, best of luck to you x
