    Good morning lovelies, 9.5 for me today. I’m slightly pleased as this is my lowest morning reading so far. I’m ( mostly) going in the right direction. I am going away this weekend so it will be a test not to overindulge- it will be interesting.

    I totally agree- when foods were natural it was better but we must also remember that there was less diagnosis, less awareness and people died earlier and probably ( if there was undiagnosed diabetes) had all the complications that we are all aware enough to try to avoid now, like amputation...

    Oh dear, mine was 11.6 coz I had a ( not very careful) Chinese- but even when I don’t it’s 9.3 to 9.6, I’m still learning and I’ve learnt what a careless Chinese will do.
