Yes it seems to be the trick. Was allowing myself more carbs to test my tolerance, but need to go back to less carbs now. Then get back to trying again once my results are good again
7.2 this morning ugh haven’t been that high since I don’t know when. Going to have to try even less carbs. I am going to Bali with family for my birthday in September. Will be back to swimming and aqua aerobics soon so that should help.

I’m so happy as when I got to my appointment my doctor has decided I no longer need Gliclazide and we would leave my blood test for another three months and review my need for metformin then.

6.2 this morning attributed to way to many carbs. Veggies, a beer and vegan honeycomb chocolate ( a rare treat from a handmade chocolate place). Back to the straight and narrow again now I am home.
6.4 this morning after a day of pushing carb limits . Probably over a 120 carbs for the day, so no still must stick to low carb/ keto. Been a year now of eating vegan keto/ low carb and I’m happy with eating this way most of the time but am away from home so thought I’d try extra carbs..
