Hi all. I seem to suffer with very cold feet. Today on one of the hottest days my feet are so cold that they are painful. I get the tingly feeling sensation like warming up from frost nip.

What is it actually doing for me. Just completed my first week on 1 a day. Now have to start on 2 a day. I hve felt quite exhausted with some flu like symptoms.
