    Jeannemum, We are new to low carbing too and have been having great results. Yet to visit doctor/nurse since we have been doing it so no idea how they will react :wink:

    what is a typical day eating habit for yourself?

    Bazza, You're eating a lot more carbs than we do (husband with type 2)! We are very new to LCHF and only been doing it 2-3 weeks - with brilliant results I have to say - hopefully they're not too good to be true! We are still on a trial and error with foods and yesterday was a good LC day...
