Helo everyone, how do anyone of you guys uplift themselves when diabetic thoughts take over.

Had a numb tongue though my sugar levels were within range, yesterday it was 5.6 and today had the same problem yet blood sugar is 4.7. Used to experience this with low blood sugar, has anyone ever experienced this?

Hello Family.....do you also experience higher overnight readings, e.g maybe around 1:00 or 2:00 am blood sugar is around 10/11 but in the morning (7:00 am) it's within range 3.9 - 4.8
