    Hello Everyone

    hi all,diagnosed today,type 2,lots of info to take in ,confused.no meds given as awaiting liver function results and ecg appt.told to keep food diary over next 2 weeks.im 57 and both parents were diabetics so not a big shock for me but still scarey nonetheless.
