Can anybody knowledgeable advise on cholesterol levels? My results today were:
Overall 5.9
Hdl 1.44
ldl 3.4
Ratio 4.1
Trig 2.23
Was offered a statin but turned it down. I’m thinking the figures are OKish, but not sure. Am a 56 year old female.
HBA1C was 51. So urgh.

My hba1c has come back at 50. Am eating no differently than I was when I was at pre-d levels (low carb). They're going to offer me meds aren't they? Really not sure where to go from here.
