Been recently diagnosed with neuropathy suffering to find the right tablet to help with the pain and burning and sleeping has anyone found a medication that works

Just got one of these how does it work do I need the sugar level machine and then scan it on my arm or can I use this without the machine and it sends the reading to my phone
