sometimes my meter will show a reading as an error code usually E1 or E2. this morning it was E20 which I have never seen before, I use a Contour Blue Plus with Contour plus strips. I am curious if there is a listing any where of what all these codes mean or stand for.

I just had tea new potato, veg and half a chicken breast. Thing is absent minded I made and ate it an hour earlier that usual. Did the bolus jab and blood test (Trurapi 5 units) an hour earlier. Will this make any difference to me or my blood sugars (probably not)

Does any one else find that some times when doing a finger prick test the results can be suddenly alarmingly high
2 days ago after decent lower numbers I got a 17.4 so did a second test and got 6.4 which I was happy with,

Today I may be going to a service a distance away from me. I will be traveling by bus for 45 minutes or more. This coincides with the same time as I do a blood test inject and then eat so not easy on a bus, The service is in a Cathedral so again not so easy. WOuld it make a major difference...
I had the Flu jab on weds but for 3 days after my blood sugars have been higher than usual particular in first thing (fasting) and evening. Is this common ? I have not changed any of my routine otherwise
what happens to any insulin after it has done it's job, I mean once it has messaged the cells etc to open for sugar does the body break it down or get rid of it via excretion or re using via liver ? sort of thing. I am asking in general ) I suppose all hormones have the same thing happen
