You are right there everyone is different. My HbA1c was 94 before Toujeo after the first 3mnths i have got it down to 49 nurse very impressed so we will see what my next reading will be in January.

Hi guys I have been on Toujeo for several months now at start it was highs and lows very little sleep. Now i some good sleep patterns after finding correst dosage. Sugars do go up and down through out the day but over all it has vastly improved for me with Toujeo.

I agree with you totaly on this your whole way of eating and exercise has to change. I have always been a healthy eater and exercised often before going on meds and insuline.

Hi my bloods are tested daily and yes diet and exercise in place for a long time. My team are fantastic with infprmation and tests.

Thats great lesleyann its ok once you get over the first couple of times injecting. I am ok as i have a slow release insulin and its just once in the morning.

Hi all has anyone else noticed when having to use ones inhalers that this effects your blood counts and causes hight readings.

Hi no need to be scared i myself have not long gone on insulin. It will be strange at first but getting ur levels sorted and stable makes you more aware of what is goid for you and what you have to avoid with foods. Just remember dnt punish urself if counts are high. Just note dwn what you think...
