Foot pain
If I stand still for a minute or so my feet go almost totally numb. When I start to move the feeling comes back. Doctors say it is B12 neuropathy but I'm not sure.

What are the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency?
No idea about thyroid but most could be diabetes or B12. I don't think your B12 level is low enough for it to be that though.
