Morning everyone, 5.7 today. Pleasantly surprised at this as I ate a whole bag of mini eggs last night. Won’t let it happen again, especially as I have NAFLD to try and rectify.

Welcome Ann, sorry to hear about your ear infection. Hope you feel better soon and are able to travel. Today, I was 6.0. Not surprised as still feeling under par, plus ate a couple hours later yesterday evening.

Morning all, Today I am 5.8. Sorry, to have been absent but I got so despondent with always having much higher numbers despite what I did. Anyways, just been put on metformin and in 5 weeks my readings have come down, plus lost a stone in weight. Hope you are all doing ok.

Morning all, 10.9 today. Currently trying eating to my meter, but had too heavy a carb day yesterday. I need to draw back from this, as eating starchy carbs is making me wake up at 2am craving food and going to the fridge, ugh! So a black coffee with a little butter this morning.

Hello, I hope you don’t mind me creeping back in? First weigh in today, a starting weight of 12st 7. So have a minimum of 42lbs to lose, but hope to lose 56lbs in total. I will catch up with you all over the weekend, but I had the eye test yesterday and my eyes are still bkurry.
